Special clip, just clips over the edge of any pan without hardware or retrofitting. Works on horizontal drain lines, vertical drain lines, secondary float pans under units, or secondary drain fittings. Uses magnetic reed switch - totally encapsulated.

Opens on temperature fall at approx. 35 degrees and closes on temperature rise at approx. 50 degrees. Good for up to 5 amps at 24 volts. On/Off repetitions = 35,000.

Prevents evaporator / compressor from ever freezing in summer or winter. Goes on any suction line or copper line. Smaller surface area allows attachment to almost any copper line with accurate temperature sensing. Also, an essential protection that goes hand in hand with a fan cycle switch for low ambient and fail-safe operation.
